Advantage Plumbing Heating & Air provides residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC, and drain cleaning services in the Dayton, Ohio region including Vandalia, Springboro, Troy, Tipp City, Huber Heights, Fairborn, Centerville, Beavercreek, Kettering, and surrounding areas.

Services include but are not limited to: plumbing repair and installation, HVAC repair and replacement, water heater installation, drain cleaning, sewer service, and 24/7 emergency service calls.

This section governs all SMS text message communications between Advantage Plumbing Heating & Air and our customers.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, cash, and check. Financing options may be available for qualifying customers on larger installations.

Any disputes regarding charges must be raised within 30 days of the service date. We stand behind our work with our “done right or we make it right” guarantee.

 

6. Service Warranty

We warranty our labor and workmanship on all service calls. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment we install. Specific warranty terms will be communicated at the time of service. Our warranty does not cover issues arising from misuse, neglect, or third-party modifications made after our service.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advantage Plumbing Heating & Air shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
