Adding: I’ve had Advantage Plumbing back to work on a few issues on my house the last couple of years. Noah was out today to fix a problem with my bathroom sink. Got it fixed and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Jason was great! He was able to fix the issue quickly and was great to work with.

I had been having plumbing issues since I had moved into my new house. Now let me preface this with the fact that I am renting this house, I do not own, but this company was able to fix the issue in less than 1 hr. Prior to their arrival, I have had 1 other company out on at least 3 occasions to address and resolve a clog in the main drain pipe. After almost 2 weeks of back and forth, my leasing company contacted Advantage to check it out and they not only were out to my house but had the problem solved in less than 2 hours. I cannot recommend a better company for your plumbing problems. I'd give them more stars if possible. Thank you Advantage!

They installed an air handler for me when the AC broke as soon as I bought my house. Later on when something stopped working, someone came out to look, and all it took to fix was some off-on magic, they didn't even charge me for the visit. Everyone I spoke with on the phone and in person was very kind, and they really seem like they know their stuff if you ask them questions about how things work. Great company, great choice for any work you need done!

Very friendly group of people! Josh, the Technician, was thorough and conscientious. He was great at explaining what was wrong and what he did to correct/fix the problem.

After a 3 day family adventure we came home to a homeowners nightmare leaking sewage rising out of our basement into our downstairs bathroom shower and toilet and around 4 to 5 inches of sewage water. Dustin and Ramsey were diligent and efficient in diagnosis of the problem snaking my and foundation drain. Dustin was patient and explained what they were doing so I could take notes so I knew what to tell my husband because I have memory and processing issues. And he answered my questions. From now on I will be calling this company and requesting Dustin and Ramsey if possible! It's nice to meet people who actually want to help and do their job and go above and beyond. These young men were outstanding professionals. Thank you to them and Advantage plumbing heating and Air.

Upon first visit the technicians Josh and Jim came out and inspected our furnace, only to find first that it was not vented correctly as well as other parts were incorrectly installed and in need of replacement. Upon second Visit found some other issues that could have been very dangerous. The furnace ended up having to replaced. Third visit, pointed out other issues that may become also hazardous to our home.Not just us. Over the course of all 3 visits. Not only were they respectful, but they cleaned up after themselves very well. And they also wore shoe covers. As not to mess up or dirty, our floor. So all in all would definitely recommend their services as well as their company, due to the three interactions that we have had thus far.

I was am so greatful that this company came out as quick as they did so we could have hot water. Dustin and Ramsey were great technicians and took care moving the old hot heater for us. In the mist of this winter storm they showed up and took care of business. #FiveStarChampions

Was very happy with Dustin and Ramsey. They were very polite. Had frozen water pipes in bathroom that with space heater had fixed itself about time they arrived. They came in and checked pipes anyway and offered tips to avoid future problems and there was no charge. Will for sure use your service again, and will recommend you to freinds and family.

I wouldn’t call any other plumber. I highly recommend this company, super responsive and quick. We had issues shortly after moving into our house and another one recently, and both times they did a fantastic job. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They’ve gained a customer for life.

Called and got a appointment same day! CJ was my plumber and was very helpful and quick with his work! Definitely will have them and him back for future plumbing needs!!

Chris was on time. He was polite and explained the issue with the furnace. He also was very efficient. Would highly recommend him.

The gentlemen that came out was very nice and professional. He explained the problem and fixed it and explain why it was a problem. They also took a look at another concern that we had unrelated to the HVAC system and gave us some advice on that as well.

He was so nice and kindly told me what to do with it for next time. And how to clean it. I highly recommend.

Chris Kastle came out to fix a water line leak. Chris is absolutely amazing, he answered all my questions, completed the work and cleaned up after. I have had problems with other companies but zero problems with this company! I can honestly say I have found a honest company. I would highly recommend this company along with Chris Kastle for anything plumbing!!!!!!

Bob came out right on time and went through the entire system to find out where when I was possibly having something that was tripping or blowing the fuses. He went through it and then came over and went through it step-by-step with me to tell me what was happening and where it might be a problem and they’ll keep a lookout for it so I was very pleased with Bob’s overall professionalism

Bob did an awesome job cleaning and servicing our unit! We needed everything verified for the new buyer and he even cleaned the upper portion of the coils to make sure that it all looked great! We would definitely use Advantage again!

Sean is my HVAC guardian angel. Of course during the first snow of the season, my furnace decides to stop working. Sean to the rescue. Very thankful for him today. I hope his manager sees this in time for a Christmas bonus!

Installed a new furnace & thermostat and went over all the work they’d completed and explained every part and how to maintain the new system. Josh & Jimmy were professional in every way and will request them for any further work.

Our main drain was clogged with tree roots. Colby came out quickly and snaked the drain and ran a camera to the street. Friendly guy and knowledgeable!

This review is for Bob Slack, HVAC technician for Advantage Plumbing. He was a true professional from beginning to end which includes respecting our house. He was thorough and shared some tips we had not been told before. Feeling confident that our furnace was serviced as it should have been.

Colby came by to take a look at multiple issues in my own. He was incredibly polite, professional, and very helpful. Always odd to have strangers in your home so it's nice when they are easy going and sweet!

I highly recommend advantage plumbing! Both of our Bathtubs Were backing and not draining. I called and they came out the next day. Trying to clear the line. It Would not clear. They took their time, trying to figure out the exact problem. Within a couple days They were out ,my drainage system had to be repaired. Taylor and Ramsey were Wonderful, very polite and knowledgeable. Explained everything they were going to do, gave me updates along the way. very honest. They left their workspace, clean and tidy. Also Colby S. And Jeremy H, Helped along the way they were both very polite And knowledgeable as well.

Connected my house from the city sewer to the house; from the outside of the house only. There was a hiccup post payment and the Owner, Colby, and Timmothy worked with me on creating a resolution I was happy about. Overall handled professionally and the Job was completed. The actual plumbers I was very happy with. they were very professional, friendly, and you could tell they were knowledgeable. Overall, I do believe this is a great company.

Great company! Very pleasant and professional. The customer service was excellent, and what really impressed me was how they cleaned up after themselves — you don’t see that often! I was honestly shocked (in a good way) when he brought in his broom and dustpan to sweep. Highly recommend this company!

During the coldest week of the year, our heating unit goes down. At 1 degree, Bob came out and isolated the problem and explained everything in full detail. It was looking like a night at a hotel if this wasn’t fixed today. Adding an additional review for the installation of a new water heater. The technicians were very professional and explained everything very well. Additionally, they assisted with a sump pump alarm system. Great job Dustin.

I have been having numerous water heater problems over the past 2 years and its finally over! Zack and Jerry came over and helped me troubleshoot every possible scenario and talked me through all my options. I ended up choosing to replace the tank and within 4 hours, I had a new tank and a hot shower! Great experience and great customer service!

Plumber came to my house on time, was very courteous and professional, was able to quickly diagnose the leak in my kitchen sink, and was able to get it repaired. Pricing was good, and everything was left in better condition than he found it. Great experience overall.

Great service, very insightful and helpful

The guys that came out to help fix a drain were very kind and got the job done quick. I appreciate they even wear covers on their shoes when in your house just to not get your floors dirty. They make sure you are happy with the job they did even if it’s something small and pretty simple like my situation.

To all of those single women out there who have been price gouged, Advantage came out same day to assess as access point for my 2003 air condition air handler was difficult, almost non existent in the attic. The owner, Colby, got together with the team, created a plan at almost $9000k less than the first quote and got the job done. The HVAC technicians, Josh and Jimmy, I call them the dream team, came and did the install. Amazing folks. They’ve helped restore my faith in humanity. Jeremy helped us with clearing a clogged drain. Couldn't be happier with the service he provided. He arrived at the stated time. Called in advance to give confirmation of his arrival time. Gave a clear explanation of the issue and had the drain cleared and flowing within A few minutes. He took the time to explain what likely caused the clog and how to prevent future issues. Cost was very reasonable compared to previous plumbing services. I will definitely use this company again and make a point to request Jeremy if he is available.

Needed hot water tank replaced. Called around and was estimated 4 days before service could begin with another company and the next morning with a third company I called. Advantage got me in that afternoon. It was actually within a couple of hours of calling. The lady, apologies for not remembering your name, was so polite and professional. Zach was also so nice and professional. I even told him whoever they had answering their phones really made the experience working with Advantage so much more better. Noah was also very polite and professional. Zach had us up and running in just a quick few hours. All aspects of working with Advantage was beyond 5 stars. Would recommend anytime!

I can't thank Advantage Plumbing and Drain Solutions enough !! If it weren't for them, I would still be sitting here waiting for my warranty company to do something. I will be thinking about ending my warranty with that company. What good is a warranty when they don't help you.
