Payne is our economy option. It performs reliably and carries the same 10-year parts warranty at a lower upfront cost. We walk you through the efficiency ratings and cost differences between Bryant and Payne and let you choose what fits your budget and your home. We do not steer you toward the more expensive option if Payne fits your needs.
The installation process: we shut down and disconnect the old system, remove the outdoor condenser and indoor air handler or coil, install the new equipment, make all refrigerant, electrical, and condensate connections, charge the system to the correct level, and confirm cooling at every register before we leave. Most installations take one full day.

We size every new system for your specific home. An oversized unit short-cycles and fails to control humidity. An undersized unit runs constantly and cannot keep up on the hottest days. Correct sizing is one of the most important parts of an AC installation and we do not skip it.
